In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and any winnings generated from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 7.1 Closure by the Player

Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bde345 will process any outstanding withdrawable balance back to your registered payment method within the standard processing window. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Closure by bde345

bde345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Identification of a duplicate account held by the same player.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or directive from a competent authority.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion
